Section 2: Initial Setup Instructions Follow these steps to set up your STAR-Light device for the first time:
Connect to the Device: Go to the Wi-Fi settings on your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or laptop). Look for a Wi-Fi network named STAR-Light Device. The specific network name will be listed on the label attached to your STAR-Light device. Select the network and enter password located on the starlight device.
Access the Setup Page: Open a web browser on your connected device. Type the following IP address into the browser’s address bar: 172.24.24.1 Press Enter. This will bring you to the STAR-Light setup page.
Configure the System: Refer to individual setup Follow the instructions to complete the setup process.
Section 3: Operating Modes
The STAR-Light system supports three switching configurations: Single-Channel Switching: Controls a single lighting channel. Dual-Channel Switching: Controls two independent lighting channels. RGBW Switching: Supports Red, Green, Blue, and White light control.
Connection Options There are two ways to connect to the STAR-Light system:
CAN Bus Keypad: Connection Protocol: Utilises the CAN bus communication protocol. Wiring: Connected using NEMA cables. Bluetooth Keypad: Connects wirelessly via Bluetooth for remote control.
