SMART SWITCHING 12V DEVICES & LED LIGHTING
12V Devices (like pumps) AND LED Lights with Black controller installed:
There can be 3 x 12v on/off devices to a max of 10A each.
The last circuit : 4 is ALWAYS for LED.
The Max current at any one time is 20A across all circuits.
Relays are engaged for 12V Devices. Relay activation do this:
• J1, J2, J3 are all pinned to 1-2 • J4, J5 are pinned to 1-2 • When Fuse F1, F2, F3, are in place, R1-1, R2-1, R3-1 will turn 12V+ on relay close. Use this 12V positive with any battery negative to drive the 12V device. The circuit is fused on the board. • R4-1 is always negative for LED dimmable light only.
FOR LED circuits on R1, R2 or R3, disengage the relays by: • J1, J2 ,J3 are then pinned to 2-3 • J4, J5 are pinned to 1-2
• Fuse is placed in F5, if there is a fuse in F3 it is removed. R3-1 will be a common 12V+ for ALL LED Circuits • R1-2, R2-2. R3-2, R4-1 will be switch negative by the controller which can dim these circuits by direct control to 2A each Easy Touch Switch inputs are wired using the RJ45 connector on I1, I2, I3 and I4 to and switch to GND (0V)
