1) Open phone/tablet/laptop to WiFi > Turn off “auto-join” if you are close to another WiFi you normally use. Otherwise the phone will keep switching back to that WiFi 2) Open phone/tablet/laptop and turn off Mobile Data – you will turn back on at the end. 3) Open phone/tablet/laptop to WiFi > scan> connect to “Scoy XXXX” SSID. The inial password is either 12345678 or Scoyai@0 4) Once connected, the “wheel connecon indicator may sll be turning” as there is no internet. Go to browser (we use Chrome) and type in 172.24.24.1 (same as Victron). Save this page to your home screen for future easy use. You will see the first screen on the right: 5) Look at the “Status” on Main Page. It will show any error codes. Take a screen shot of this page. 6) Note the error code and see if you can resolve yourself. Items you can resolve are: Alternator temperature too high Low Side voltage (generally 12V) too low or disconnected High Side baeries (generally 48V) are full not accepng charge Alternator Sense wire disconnected which then shows “LS alt Sense” at a low voltage. 7) Touch “Tuning Page” to go to this page. 8) Take a screen shot of this page. 9) Go to our website.
