4 PICO one MONITOR Description PICO one is SIMARINE’s new entry level battery monitor with the Real- Time Battery Health™ Algorithm for precise battery health measurements. Coupled with a compatible with a SC302T combo shunt presents a perfect battery monitoring system for boats and caravans with one service battery bank up to 300A on 12V, 24V, 48V, 60V and 72V, one or two engine/backup battery banks and up to 2 tanks. PICOone’s display unit is made of a sleek anodized aluminum casing and a thick Gorilla® Glass with Anti-Reflective coating protecting the optically bonded high- contrast 3.5 inch IPS LCD display. 6 Description POWER BLOCK device is the power hub for the Pico and Modules throughout the system. This means there is only one point of applying 12V or 24V power and it is distributed through the system automatically. This requires only one fuse point. The power block can be located a metre away from the pico display allowing it to be installed out of the way and down at a lower level. The block has 4 points of access for the twisted pair cables to modules. Cable lengths: Greater than 5m, use 2 x 2 x 0.25 mm 2 twisted pair.

ST107 DIGITAL TANK MODULE

ST107 Digital tank module is a highly versatile module. Its main purpose is to measure any liquid level. But it can be used to measure voltage, current or temperature. ST107 Digital tank module can measure liquid level such as water, waste water, fuel or any other liquid. It comes with 4 integrated resistance sensing inputs operating from 0 ohm - 65 kohm and 3 integrated voltage sensing inputs, operating from 0V - 35 V DC. You can connect any tank or temperature sensor operating in this range. ST107 also features a configurable alarm contact, which fires on specific alarms. It can handle max. current 1A on max. 30 V DC. The alarm is configurable via PICO’s menu.

10 STLU01 ULTRASONIC TANK LEVEL SENSOR Description Technical Specification
STLU01 Ultrasonic Tank Level Sensor with analog voltage output adopts the ultrasonic ranging principle THROUGH the measuring Liquid. It uses a special probe attached to the under-face (bottom) of the measured container to measure the level of the liquid level. It is suited to metal tanks. Special ultrasonic sensor using advanced high-speed signal processing technology is good for tanks up to 1.0m high. The assessed liquid level in the tank is calculated accurately by using the special algorithm. The measurement output is 0-5VDC signal. The design of this sensor suits RV manufacturers, The sensor has an LED on the underside. This is solid when 12V power is available. The sensor is placed by hand to the position where it will be adhered. The LED will flash to confirm the ultrasonic response is good and not fouled by baffles or pumps etc. When glued into position, excess glue is trapped in the glue recovery recess in the base of the unit. The material is anodized aluminium alloy of fine quality. The liquid level sensor has no special requirement on the material in the tank. Installation 1. The sensor needs to be placed in the centre at the bottom of the container. To make make sure there is no obstacle in the detection range there is an LED that “flashes” during installation. STLW200, STLW400 & STLW450 WEMA Style Sensors for both fuel and water provides highly accurate level measurement for a wide variety of applications, including those in severe environments. Measurement is done using “hall effect” with reed switches positioned inside the level tube. A float with built-in magnets then triggers the reed relays generating a potential - free resistance with an ohm value that increases or decreases. The float is the only moving part of the sensors, thereby minimising potential mechanical failures. All sensors are fully insulated to protect against voltage inside the tank. 15 SLPG01 ULTRASONIC LPG TANK LEVEL SENSOR Description Technical Specification
SLPG01 Ultrasonic LPG Tank Level Sensor with analog voltage output adopts the acoustic reflection principle of the LPG tank level through a special conductive elastomer couplant to the metal LPG tank. It uses a circular rare earth magnet to attach to the under-face (bottom) of the LPG tank. Fitted between the Acoustic sensor and the tank is the special conductive elastomer couplant material. Inside the ultrasonic housing is a calibrated thermistor. The system sensor uses special ultrasonic processing technology. The echo signals are detected by the probe after being reflected back from the liquid surface. The echo signal is processed by the proprietary algorithm and the time is calculated. The system calculates the level of LPG according to the formula. There is no special requirement on the tank size. Installation 1. The sensor needs to be placed in the centre at the bottom of the LPG Tank. Please make sure there is no loose paint or debris at this point. 2. Clean the bottom surface of the LPG tank. If the metal tank has a thick or over- painted coating, the surface of the detecting point has to be clean and polished. 3. Place the couplant pad between the sensor and bottom of the tank. 4. Fit the alloy housing and magnetic ring to bottom of LPG tank. This is a strong connection which compresses the couplant material. 5. Check that the LED is flashing, as this confirms that it is good connection.

Caution: 1. Pay attention to the auxiliary power information, especially the auxiliary power grade, and polarity, other wise will damage the product. 2. Pay attention to the wire connection; wrong terminal connection will cause malfunction of the product and even damage the product; 3. Don’t dismantle the product, and carry with care to avoiding bump and fall of the product; 4. If the product has been using under the environment with strong magnetic field interference, please pay attention to the shield of input wire, and the output signal wire should be as short as possible. For product intensive installation, the space between each product should not be smaller than 10mm. 5. Only use identified terminals. 6. There is no lightening strike prevention circuit design in this product. For out door and hazardous environment using, please add protective alternatives. 7. This product uses fire prevent ABS crust, its temperature withstand is only limited as +85°C, higher than this limitation will cause the product deformation. Please use and store carefully.
1. The product has compliance with EN50022; suitable for DIN rail mounting NS35/7.5, NS35/15. Installation steps are as following (please reference to dimensional drawing): Step 1: Immobilize one side of product‘s mounting trough to the DIN mounting rail; Step 2: Pull out the spring clasp; Step 3: Place whole mounting trough to the DIN mounting rail properly; Step 4: Release spring clasp to make sure the installation. 2. The Maximum volume of line for the transducer terminal is 2.5mm 2 ; the insulation layer of the line should be peeled off about 8mm~10mm and tightly twisted to connect with the transducer terminals. 4. For the less than 10A AC current measurement, it may adopt ampere-turn method for input and for this time, the resolution of the transducer increases and measuring range narrows, but other technical index may not be affected.
