WIRED SMART SWITCH

Smart Switch and IO Board (Patent Pending)

1. Alloy switch body 20mm deep

2. Custom Laser engraved: 2 rows 7 characters back lit 3. Switch circuit output feedback LED: dims in sync with LED 4. Power to Switch based backlit and feedback LEDS (0.01A) 5. RJ45 Cable that is a wired connection from switch to I/O board. 6. Smart I/O Board with: • 3 x 10A Channels fused with integrated relays • 1 x 2A Channel LED only fused 7. IO to 12V devices and LED lights • Relay based outputs have common ground. • LED outputs have floating negative and com- mon +ve 8. 12V Power to IO Board up to 20A per board.

Dual Switching is easily done by using an RJ45 Combiner. Plug and Play. If you require one button only for all off or interlocks, break into the RJ45 with a custom female end. See page xx of this manual for how.

Why are they Smart?

1. The operation of the switch consumes 0.01A per but- ton. This is with the LED lit! 2. Simply plug-on different controllers to change from 12V device/LED operation to motor control for aw- ning and slide-outs. 3. Switch signal from switch button to the Smart IO is on the negative wire. Very low voltage, no need for fusing. 4. LED feedback around the switch labeled button comes from the output of the Smart IO board. It is NOT just a confirmed input LED. So if the feedback LED is lit but the external light is not coming on, the actual LED or LED connection has failed. 5. The feedback LED is fed from the negative connection. This means no need for fusing and ultra-low power consumption. 6. Taking power off and then back on to the Smart IO and Switch will return it to the state it was before the power was taken off. No need to fiddle with a microprocessor. 7. When operating in wireless mode, the switch LED is synchronized to show the same state that the wireless control has created. 8. With the secure wireless mesh hub, program logic and scenes into all the switches from your smartphone. See Page xx of this manual.
